Access NJ provides robotic process automation such as the monthly exclusion search required by the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services (DHS). Access NJ is not a background screening organization.

All New Jersey based Medicaid providers and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) are required to complete the monthly database search. See Official Notice

Access NJ aggregate data from 4 Public databases

  • State of NJ Debarment List

  • N.J. Treasurer’s Exclusion Database

  • Federal Exclusions Database

  • N.J. Division of Consumer Affairs Licensure Database

Currently, N.J. Department of Health Licensure Database is not accessible to our automation engine

Employers will receive a monthly report via email with the exclusion search results.

Access NJ will not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose your or your employees/contractors information to third parties for any marketing or promotional purposes even after the termination of your subscription.

We will securely destroy your active records (aka. employees/contractors information) from our database once your contractual agreement is terminated.

We will NOT be contacting or soliciting any of the individuals you provided the personally identifiable information for.
